Yarn: Regia sock fingering weight wool yarn #5160 210 m/50g - 0.5 ball.
Needles circular #1 (2.00 mm) OR SIZE NEEDED TO OBTAIN GAUGE.
Crochet hook 2.00 mm
Gauge: 22 x 32 = 4" x 4" (10 x 10 cm)
Pattern:
Stocking Stitch
In rounds: all rows - knit
Directions:
Cast on 68 sts, join and continue to work in rounds, place a marker at the beginning of the round.
Rounds 1-2: knit.
Round 3: *k2tog, yo* repeat to the end of the round.
Round 4: knit.
Round 5: knit and divide the work by placing markers in the following points:
k11, k1 - place the marker in this stitch, these are left sleeve stitches
k21, k1 - place the marker in this stitch, these are back stitches
k11, k1 - place the marker in this stitch, these are right sleeve stitches
k21, k1 - place the marker in this stitch, these are front stitches
Here you already have the marker for the beginning of the round; place here a marker of a diffrent color or shape.
Round 6 and even rounds 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, 20, 22: increase by 2 sts before and after each marker, increasing the number of stitches by 8 in each round.
Work 23 rounds.
Round 24: transfer the sleeve sts (30 sts on each sleee) on a thread or a piece of yarn.
Continue to knit the bodice in rounds. Make 50 rounds, or work to a desired length.
Work crochet chain bind off: pull the yarn through 3 sts and work sc, 3 chain, repeat to the end of the round.
Bind off the sleeve stitches.
Finishing:
Insert a cord, a trim or a ribbon into eyelets along the neck line. Put the top on a doll, pull the ends of the ribbon and tie in a bow.

Yarn: Regia sock fingering weight wool yarn #5160 210 m/50g - 0.25 ball.
Some white yarn for the ruffle.
Needles circular #1 (2.00 mm)
Crochet hook 2.00 mm
Gauge: 22 x 32 = 4" x 4" (10 x 10 cm)
Pattern
Stocking Stitch
1 row and all odd rows - knit sts
2 row and all even rows - purl sts
Directions:
Cast on 3 sts.
Work stocking stitch increasing by 1 st at the beginning of the row in each odd row, starting from the 3rd row.
Work 36 rows.
Starting from row 37 decrease by 1 st at the beginning of the row in each odd row, until 3 sts left. Bind off.
Ruffle:
With white yarn pick up 96 sts along the lower edge of the kerchief.
Row 1 (WS): purl.
Row2: k2, *k2tog, yo* repeat to the last 2 sts, k2.
Row3: purl.
Work crochet chain bind off: pull the yarn through 3 sts and work sc, 3 chain, repeat to the end of the round.

This pattern calls for a crochet hook 2.00mm. Where do you purchase this hook
as all of the charts on crochet hooks say a US 2.00 is not available.

I purchased it in Joann as part of the steel hook set. I think you can use a 2.25 mm hook instead.
