Hi I’m new to lace knitting. I have a question. I’m nit understanding when to start the lace? I know I knit 51 sts then row 1 of the lace pattern. Then which do I do next the 2nd row of lace or 2nd row of the cowl. Maybe I’m just not seeing the picture, but I’m confused. Can someone help me please. This is a gift. Thanks Ruth
