Free Cowl Knitting Pattern
FInished size: 8" (20 cm) wide (when folded in half, flat), and 8" (20 cm) high.
Materials:
Yarn: Lion Brand Wool-Ease Chunky bulky weight yarn, color 152 charcoal - 153 yards (140 meters) /140 gr (5 oz) - 1 ball.
Needles: circular US 9 (5.5 mm) (24" (60 cm)
Gauge: 12 sts x 20 rows = 4" x 4" (10 cm x 10 cm)
Directions:
Cast on 60 sts, join and continue to work in rounds. Place the marker on the 1st stitch in the round.
Round 1: *k 3, p 3 repeat from * across the round
Round 2: purl
Repeat rounds 1-2.
Work 48 rounds or to desired height. Bind off.
