I love this pattern but am now stuck some some help would be appreciated please. I am on the first row of the lace edging but for the life of me I can't fathom out what 'sk2p' means. I would assume skip 2 stitches surprise but that doesn't seem right. I really would love to finish this pattern. Many thanks Jan x

Traditionally, skip is slip 1 stitch knit wise , knit 2, pass the slipped stitch over the 2 knitted stitches

The back of this shawl looks great. What does the front look like?

There is no row 22 on the Lace Edging. I really want to make the shawl and I don't want to mess up the edging.
