I usually just go by the picture I started at the neck and went down it is all in my head didn't write it down. Don't know if I can send picture or not. I done the yellow dress also it is very pretty but I guess I am so use to working the pattern my way I started at the top and made it and then kinda worked your pattern on bottom.
