I am knitting the American Girl Doll Suit with Godet Skirt. It dosn't say how many times to repeat the short rows Godet and I don't understant about repeat rows 1-10 7 times more. Am I missing some of the pattern or just not understanding. I'm doint the cape and get that pattern but I am missing something on this one. Could you help me? Thanks
