Materials:Wisdom (affiliate link) Yarns Poems Sock fingering weight yarn 459 yards (420 meters) / 100 gr, color  952 - 2 skeins
You can use any self-striping sock yarn with long color changes.

Hook: D (3.25 mm)

Gauge is not important.

Directions

Chain 6, join with sl st to form a ring.
Row 1: ch 4, 3 dc into the ring, ch1, 1 tr (treble crochet)
Row 2: ch 4, *3 dc into ch1, ch1*, repeat from * 2 times, 1 tr.
Row 3, ch 4, *3 dc into ch1, ch1*, repeat from * 3 times, 1 tr.
Row 4, ch 4, *3 dc into ch1, ch1*, repeat from * 4 times, 1 tr.
Row 5, ch 4, *3 dc into ch1, ch1*, repeat from * 5 times, 1 tr.
Row 6, ch 4, *3 dc into ch1, ch1*, repeat from * 6 times, 1 tr.
Row 7, ch 4, *3 dc into ch1, ch1*, repeat from * 7 times, 1 tr.

Finishing
Make 2 tassels and attach them to the ends of the scarf.
