Directions
The vest (fronts and back) is worked from the bottom up as one piece up to the armholes. Then the fronts and the back are worked separately.

Rows 191-210: continue to knit for 20 more rows without decreases. Cast off all the back stitches. Cast off 24 stitches from the shoulder on both fronts.
Work remaining 8 sts of ribbing for the neck band for 26 rows on both fronts. Cast off.

Finishing:
Join shoulder seams.
Sew on the neck band to the back.
