The lace pattern is always worked on 5 stitches throughout the skirt. The increases are made between the lace repeats. In rounds 1-10 there is 1 purl stitch between 5 lace stitches. In round 11, we make 1 stitch before and one stitch after the purl st. In this way we have 3 purls between 5-lace stitches in the next rounds. The next increase is in round 55. Again we make 1 stitch before and one stitch after the 3 purls. In the next round we'll have 5 purls between the 5-lace stitches.
