Has anyone made this cute cape? There is a place that is confusing to me. The pattern says to repeat rows "5 to 8 including 2 sets of short rows." It seems as though it should be easy enough, but if anyone has found it a little confusing and has figured out the pattern with different slant, I would love to hear what you did.
