I am a beginning knitter and this was a good project. However, I found the directions to be confusing when they talk about "dividing the stitches". My sister gave the following directions which helped greatly: Before you begin, divide off some of your yarn. You will eventually be knitting from 2 balls of yarn. At row 29, knit 14 stitches. Tie in new yarn (on the wrong side of your project). Using new yarn, finish row. Row 30: Knit 14 stitches, drop new yarn, pick up old yarn, and finish row. Continue through row 68. Cast off. Hope this is helpful. It turns out cute.
