Autumn Gale Child's Chevron Skirt

Difficulty level: *** Intermediate

Free Child Skirt Knitting Pattern

I knitted this skirt for my granddaughter as a warmer skirt to wear in the Fall and Winter. I chose a chevron motif to represent the Autumn wind.

The skirt is knitted top down in-the-round, without seams. It features a broad elastic band at the top that makes it quick and easy to put on a toddler or child, yet allows it to stay in place.

The Autumn Gale Child's Cropped Cardigan is a great match for this skirt.

On child's skirt row 35 says k 4, k 3. Why not k 7?
