For the sundress, repeat row 6 three more times or to desired length.

To make the shoulder straps for the sundress, find the center of the work along the upper edge. Fasten the thread and crochet 4 sc into 4 stitches of the edge, turn, *ch 1, work sc in each of the 4 sc, turn.  Repeat from * until the strap is 1" long. Fasten it to the back, approx. 4 stitches from the back seam. Make the second strap the same way.

Finishing the skirt:

Sew the back seam. Weave in thread ends. Crochet a chain about 6-8" long for a belt. Insert it in the first eyelet row. Instead of strings you can use a narrow ribbon.

Finishing the sundress:

Sew a button to the upper edge, use a chain-3 of the opposite edge as a button loop. Sew the back up from the hem up to approx. the 5th row.
You can also leave the back seam open and sew more buttons.
