I crocheted a similar dress for a young woman I knew back when the "twist" first became the popular dance of the day. She told me about 20 years later that everyone envied it and she still wore it "just because it brings back happy memories and I always loved it. It makes me feel good!"

I like the pattern except that I seem to think that the rows have duplicate instructions in them. And for row 9 for example you could of put for rows 9 -12. I am not sure as to how I get from the 4 rows front or back after sleeve fans unless you end and start in back/front area. And do you chain the 25 on 1st row of front/back or after the 4 rows. Love the end result if I can figure it out.
