I love this dress but I have to ask after you chain 39 how do you chain 2 or do you want just chain 41?

Thanks for this pattern! I did one in purple for my little girl's new doll she got for Christmas. She loves it, and the pattern was easy and fun.

love the pattern. If you are given credit as the creator of the pattern, is it possible to be allowed to sell any dress made from this pattern?

Row 6 results in 2extra shells left from previous row. Row 6 has 17 shells. Previous rows have 19 shells.

I too am thinking there needs to be chain stitches and how many. It shows the v stitch between clusters but there has to be a big enough for arms to go through? Were you successful at figuring out this part?

You have to chain 7, skip over the 5 shells, then attach and continue. It fits the American Doll perfectly.
