Using the yarn and needle called for yet the yarn label states to use a 13 needle and not an 11. With the 11 it is bulkier as the yarn is bulky

The yarn manufacturer's label "recommends" a needle size. There's no way the manufacturer can anticipate what the yarn will be used for, so always go by the pattern rather than the label.

This is a wonderful pattern! I have made several. It is easy and so much fun to see the ripple pattern take shape. I can't stop making them.
