Selvedge stitches
The 1st and last stitch of the pattern are selvedge stitches. To make the edges of your work even and smooth 2 more stitches (selvedge stitches) are added. You should always slip the first stitch as if to knit and purl the last stitch. The selvedge stitches are not counted in the pattern unless otherwise specified.

Directions
The sweater is worked from the top to the bottom back and forth and in rounds without seams. It will be a good idea to transfer all your work to a couple of long circular needles and try it on to check how it fits.

Cast on 43 (48, 52, 53, 57, 59) sts and purl 1 row.
Divide stitches as follows: 1 selvedge st, 1 st (left front), 1 st (raglan line, place marker), 7 (8, 9, 9, 10, 10) sts (left sleeve), 1 st (raglan line, place marker), 21 (24, 26, 27, 29, 31) sts (back), 1 st (raglan line, place marker), 7 (8, 9, 9, 10, 10) sts (right sleeve), 1 st (raglan line, place marker), 1 sts (right front), 1 edge st.
Work stockinette stitch for 28 (26, 32, 42, 38, 38) rows increasing for 8 sts (double increase at the raglan sts) in each odd row as follows: *k1, yo, k1 in the raglan st*.

For another 30 (36, 36, 32, 40, 44) rows continue to increase back and fronts at raglan lines in each odd row. For sleeves now increase in every 4th row only 8 (9, 9, 8, 10, 11) times.

At the same time to shape a V-neck increase by 1 st at the beginning and the end of the row (2 sts per row) in every 6th row 9 (9, 10, 11, 13, 11) times and in every 4th row 1 (2, 2, 2, 0, 4) times.

Row 59 (63, 69, 75, 79, 83): at the end of the row cast on 1 st with the single cast on and continue to work in rounds. Place marker on the front central st.
Knit to the left front raglan marker. Stitch count 266 (283, 314, 344, 357, 375).

Divide for sleeves
Transfer left sleeve sts and left front and left back raglan sts to a length of yarn, cast on 7 (10, 12, 14, 18, 20) sts with single cast on, work back sts, transfer right sleeve sts and right back and right front raglan sts to a length of yarn, cast on 7 (10, 12, 14, 18, 20) sts with single cast on and work front stitches.Stitch count of body sts after division 179 (198, 218, 237, 255, 273).

Work stockinette stitch for 114 (117, 117, 117, 119, 119) rounds or to desired length. Work 1x1 ribbing for 10 rounds. Cast off.

Sleeves
Sleeves worked in rounds on double pointed needles.
Transfer 52 (54, 61, 69, 71, 72) sleeve sts from the yarn to the needles and pick up 7 (10, 12, 14, 18, 20) sts over the 7 (10, 12, 14, 18, 20) underarm sts. Place marker on the middle underarm st. Work stockinette stitch for 124 (126, 128, 128, 128, 128) rounds or to desired length.
To shape the sleeve decrease by 2 sts on both side of the marker

Size S (M) - every 10th round 10 (3) times, every 8th round 3 (12) times

Size L (XL) - every 8th round 10 (1) times, every 6th round - 8 (20) times.

Size 2X (3X) - every 6th round (18 (16) times, every 4th round 5 (8) times.
