Needles: 10 (6.0 mm) OR SIZE NEEDED TO OBTAIN GAUGE.

Gauge: 14 st x 28 rows = 4" x 4" (10 x 10 cm)

Pattern:

Garter Stitch
all rows - knit sts

Directions
Cast on 5 sts with yarn A. The first stitch should be slipped to the right needle knitwise and the last stitch purled.
Row 1: knit
Row 2: sl 1, yo, k3, yo, p1.
Row 3: sl 1, k5, p1.
Row 4: sl 1, yo, k5, yo, p1.
Continue to increase for 1 st at the beginning and at the end of the row in every even row (Rows 2-149).
Rows 150-151: no increases.
Row 152: sl 1, k2tog, k 147, k2tog, p1.
Rows 152-299: Continue to decrease for 1 st at the beginning and at the end of the row in every even row (Rows 152-299).
Cast off.
