Materials:
Red Heart (affiliate link) Boutique Magical bulky weight yarn, 190 yards (174 meters) / 100 grams, color 1012 - 1 ball (A)
Jo-Ann Sensations (affiliate link) Cello, bulky weight yarn, 54 yards (49 meters) / 50 gr, color black - 1 skein (B)

Needles: circular #8 (5.0 mm) OR SIZE NEEDED TO OBTAIN GAUGE

Gauge: 6 sts = 2" (5 cm)

Pattern:

Stockinette Stitch in rounds
Knit all rounds.

Directions

The cowl is knit top-down as one piece without seams with a stockinette stitch.

Cast on 60 sts using waste yarn and provisional cast on method, join and continue to work in rounds.
With yarn A, work 12 rounds in stockinette st.
Round 13: *k2, m1*, repeat from * 30 times = 90 sts
Work 10 rounds
Round 24: *k2, m1*,  repeat from * 45 times = 135 sts
Work 15 rounds.
Change to yarn B (faux fur) and work 4 rounds. Bind off.
Unravel the waste yarn, transfer 60 sts to needles. Work 4 rounds with yarn B (faux fur). Bind off.
