The pattern is of 11 stitches but I am unable to understand as when you knit 2 together plus 2 k plus 2 knitted in front and back and 3 knit and 2 st. slipped and one k , wth this the total stitches used are 12 instead of 11.Also when you knit 2 together you loose one stitch but when you knit in front and back of 2 stitches you gain 2 .Please clarify.I want to knit for my grand daughter and am waiting for your reply. Thanks
